Business Ethics Standard

GoodCorporation’s Business Ethics Standard provides a four-page framework for the responsible management of any organisation. The management practices it sets out can be used to determine how responsibly the organisation operates.

Bribery and Corruption Framework 

The GoodCorporation Framework on Bribery and Corruption is a set of responsible business principles, which can be used as a tool to assess and improve the robustness of management practices in relation to the risks of bribery and corruption in an organisation. 

Child Protection and Safeguarding Framework

GoodCorporation’s Framework on Safeguarding helps organisations ensure that their practices for safeguarding are robust. It can be used to design, embed or evaluate and organisation’s safeguarding practices.

Competition and Antitrust Framework

GoodCorporation’s Antitrust Framework is a set of 33 responsible business principles to help manage competition issues. It can be used as a guideline for establishing good practice or as an auditing framework to identify the strengths and weaknesses in practices and procedures.

Data Protection Framework

GoodCorporation’s Data Protection Framework can be used to help organisations ensure that all the personal data they collect during their operations is properly protected and used responsibly. This framework can be applied to the protection of both personal and commercial data and can be used to design, embed or evaluate an organisation’s data protection systems and culture.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Framework

The GoodCorporation Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Framework is a set of responsible management practices that demonstrate a results-driven approach to DEI. By following the practices outlined in the Framework, organisations can demonstrate their commitment to promoting DEI throughout their operations and ensure that their expectations for DEI are communicated to all stakeholders.

Environment Framework

The GoodCorporation Environment Framework provides set of responsible practices and procedures to help improve the robustness of any organisation’s environmental performance management. Applicable to all relevant environmental issues, the framework can be used to help organisations align with global environmental standards and legislation by supporting the development of effective environmental management practices

Harassment and Bullying Framework

GoodCorporation’s Framework on Bullying and Harassment is a set of responsible management practices that can be implemented to demonstrate an approach to bullying and harassment that recognises and respects dignity at work. The two-page can be used to design, embed or assess an organisation’s approach to bullying and harassment.

Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence Framework

The GoodCorporation Framework on Human rights and Environmental Due Diligence is a set of responsible business principles which can help organisations to improve the robustness of their management practices in order to identify, prevent, mitigate and remediate their human rights and environmental impacts across their chain of activities.

Human Rights Framework

GoodCorporation’s frameworks on Human Rights and Modern Slavery, Labour Rights and Community Rights are based on emerging international best practice. They were developed with reference to the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, The UN Guiding Principles Reporting Framework, The Modern Slavery Act and The ILO Declaration of Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.

Integrity Compliance Framework

The GoodCorporation four-page Framework on Integrity Compliance is a set of responsible business principles, which can be used as a tool to assess and improve the robustness of management practices in relation to the risks of misconduct (fraud, corruption, collusion, coercive practices) in an organisation.

Sports Governance Framework

GoodCorporation’s Sports Governance Framework helps sports organisations ensure that they have strong governance policies and procedures in place that work in practice. It provides a set of 66 responsible management practices that can be used as a checklist to design, embed or evaluate governance procedures.

Tax Evasion Framework

GoodCorporation’s Tax Evasion framework can be used to evaluate the risks of facilitating tax evasion, as a tool to improve and as a means of measuring whether reasonable procedures are in place. This is a requirement of the Criminal Finances Act which requires companies to scrutinise their policies and systems around tax and payments extremely carefully.

Whistleblowing Framework

GoodCorporation’s Whistleblowing Framework is designed to help organisations establish effective whistleblowing systems and create an environment in which stakeholders can ‘speak up’ and raise concerns in a safe and constructive manner.
