For a key player on the luxury sector, we have conducted a high-level gap analysis to identify the systems in place to govern and manage human rights issues in the supply chain.

It compared the systems with best practices established by industry standards and set overarching objectives and practical recommendations to help close the gaps identified.

The analysis relied on desktop reviews of public and internal documents as well as interviews with key group- and brand-level representatives.

The analysis included specific advice on how best to mitigate the human rights impacts resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic in the supply chain.
